Revimyelin® - dietary supplement for the nervous system

Revimyelin® is an innovative dietary supplement designed to support the regeneration of the nervous system, featuring a unique composition. It contains ingredients that assist in the rebuilding of myelin, its protection, and influence the regenerative processes within the nervous system. Among the ingredients found in Revimyelin are biotin, choline in the form of choline bitartrate, thiamine in the form of thiamine nitrate, phosphatidylserine, extract from the herb Centella asiatica (gotu kola), and extract from the leaves of Bacopa monnieri.

Revimyelin® - what is it and who is it for?

Revimyelin® is a high-quality dietary supplement designed to support the regeneration of the nervous system. It was developed based on numerous studies, analyses, and personal experiences of one of the individuals responsible for its creation. Other products available on the market have proven to be ineffective and did not yield the expected results. Therefore, based on the experience and knowledge accumulated over years of dealing with MS, Revimyelin® was created. This history confirms the effectiveness and efficiency of the Revimyelin® supplement.

Revimyelin® Supplement for the nervous system - Supplement Ingredients:

  • Biotin (Vitamin B7, Vitamin H)

Highest quality pure biotin >99%. Biotin is essential for the proper synthesis of myelin (axon insulation) and plays a significant role in providing energy for nerve cells. Additionally, it protects the circulatory system, improves the condition of skin, hair, and nails. About 45% of myelin lipids are phospholipids, including: plasmalogens, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylcholine, and phosphatidylethanolamine.

It has been proven that vitamin H deficiency results in a drastic decrease in phospholipid levels in cell membranes and contributes to disorders in the functioning of myelin-synthesizing enzymes. This is associated with loss of muscle coordination, inability to absorb information, and occurrence of epilepsy.

It has been found that daily administration of highly concentrated biotin to individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis (MS) (dose of 300 mg/day, for 9 to 36 months) can significantly improve their disability level on the EDSS scale (Expanded Disability Status Scale). (Baur B., Baumgartner E.R., Biotin and biocytin uptake into cultured primary calf brain microvessel endothelial cells of the blood-brain barrier. Brain Res. (2000), Gryszczyńska A., Witaminy z grupy B - naturalne źródła, rola w organizmie, skutki awitaminozy. Instytut Włókien Naturalnych i Roślin Zielarskich w Poznaniu. Postępy Fitoterapii. (2009))

    • Choline (Vitamin B4) for Brain and Memory

Choline is a natural, organic chemical compound that crosses the blood-brain barrier, influencing the central nervous system. It allows for the maintenance of proper neuron condition and influences the development of new cells. Additionally, it improves the integrity and fluidity of nerve cells. It also has a positive impact on memory. (Ueland P.M., Choline and betaine in health and disease, J Inherit Metab Dis., 2011, Cohen BM, et al, Decreased brain choline uptake in older adults. An in vivo proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy study, JAMA.,1995)

    • Thiamine (Vitamin B1)

Thiamine participates in many important metabolic processes in the body, acting as a coenzyme. It protects nerves from damage and ensures proper transmission in the nervous system. It also improves memory and cognitive abilities. Taking adequate doses of thiamine ensures the proper functioning of the nervous system. Importantly, thiamine is responsible for the metabolism of carbohydrates from food, which are the primary source of energy for both the body and the nervous system. Independent studies have confirmed that thiamine is involved in the formation of myelin sheaths. Therefore, its use is essential for protecting nerves from damage and ensuring proper neurotransmission. (Lonsdale D. A review of the biochemistry, metabolism and clinical benefits of thiamin(e) and its derivatives. Evid Based Complement Alternat Med., 2006, Makarchikov, A. F. Vitamin B1: metabolism and functions Biomed.Khim. 2009)

    • Phosphatidylserine

Regenerates damaged cells and slows down brain aging. It has a positive impact on the functions of the central nervous system, such as attention, perception, memory, and association. (Cenacchi T, et al Cognitive decline in the elderly: a double-blind, placebo-controlled multicenter study on efficacy of phosphatidylserine administration . Aging (Milano). (1993), Lisiecka J., Androsiuk J., Perkowski R., Sokołowski R., Ciesielska N., Nowak K., Kędziora-Kornatowska K. Wpływ suplementów diety na poprawę funkcji poznawczych u osób starszych. Gerontologia Polska 2016;24: 64-70)

    • Gotu-kola (Centella asiatica)

Demonstrates a wide range of therapeutic properties. Among its important properties are the ability to renew axons, strengthen the cellular oxidative defense mechanism, and enhance brain function. (Sushma T, Sangeeta G, Gambir IS. Centella asiatica: a concisse drug review with probable clinical uses. J Stress Physiol Biochem 2011; 7:39-44, Soumyanath A, Zhong YP, Gold SA et al. Centella asiatica accelerates nerve regeneration upon oral administration and contains multiple active fractions increasing neurite elongation in vitro. J Pharm Pharmacol 2005; 57:1221-9)

    • Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri)

Responsible for synaptic communication, involving faster transmission between synapses and receptors of nerve cells. It stimulates serotonin production and reduces the rate of dopamine breakdown. Improves brain function, positively affects concentration, enhances memory, and acts neuroprotectively. It can be used adjunctively to alleviate symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases. (Rastogi M. Prevention of age-associated neurodegeneration and promotion of healthy brain ageing in female Wistar rats by long term use of bacosides. Biogerontol 2012; 13:183-95, Calabrese C. Effects of a standardized Bacopa monnieri extract on cognitive performance, anxiety, and depression in the elderly: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial J Altern Complement Med 2008; 14: 707-13)
